What does land clearing cost in Chester County?

What equipment do you run?

Our fleet is led by the state-of-the-art Caterpillar 285XE forestry package: the flagship of Cat's compact track loader line, running a dedicated drum mulcher, a BRX418 industrial brush cutter, and a rock grapple, backed by the support equipment to mobilize anywhere in the Brandywine Valley.

Do you work on horse farms?

Horse farms are our first call. Pasture reclamation, fence-line clearing, trail cuts, and turnout-safe finishes across Unionville, West Marlborough, and the surrounding hunt country.

How fast can you get to my property?

Email or text 2 to 3 photos and a dropped pin and you'll hear back within one business day with a range and the next open site-walk slot. Most site walks happen within the week, weather depending.

Forestry mulching or excavation: which do I need?

If the goal is opening ground, controlling brush, or reclaiming pasture, mulching wins on speed, finish, and soil protection. If the goal is a dug foundation or grade change, you need an excavation contractor, and mulching is often the right first pass before they arrive.

Can you remove invasive plants like multiflora rose and bamboo?

Cutting and grinding is the first and biggest step against multiflora rose, autumn olive, and similar invaders, and the chip layer slows their return. Persistent species like bamboo usually need follow-up treatment, which we scope honestly rather than overpromising a one-pass fix.

Do you clear storm damage?

Yes. Rock grapples move deadfall and storm debris, and drum mulchers process what can stay on site. We prioritize access lanes, driveways, and fence lines first.

Do you offer discounts or financing?

Veterans and first responders receive a discount on any service. Financing options and seasonal maintenance plans are available on request: inquire about them when you ask for your estimate.
